A unique mountain experience for anybody wanting a real taste of the high country and the Snowy Mountains on horseback. We provide you with professional, experienced guidance, followed by a nice easy trail ride. Includes a 15 minute safety briefing and introductory lesson. Suitable for first time riders, children over 8 years of age (a horse leading surcharge for children aged 8-9 years old will be applied) and apprehensive beginners.

Imagine 2 hours of leisurely riding through the beautiful sub-alpine wilderness that is the High Country. If you love the Aussie Bush and would like a real taste of it, this ride is the perfect choice - giving you more time in the saddle, getting to know your horse, discovering the native wildlife, taking in the views and experiencing the beauty of the Thredbo Valley. Includes a 15 minute safety briefing and introductory lesson.
- Pony Rides ($20 per child)
Pony rides are for littlies under 8 years of age. We provide your family with their first time experience with horses. With instruction, you will enjoy leading your children around the secure front paddock on an extremely quiet horse. Very popular with young families.
- Speciality Rides (Private $210/person, Half Day $350 per person, From The Ground Up $250.00 per person)
We can tailor a 'special ride' for you and your friends or family. These rides may be private so only your closest friends or family are riding with you or a longer, half day ride. Also, our popular 'From the Ground Up' unique horse experience where you will discover your horse's personality with instruction on caring, grooming, saddling and finally, riding into some of the most magnificent Snowy Mountain country available for horse riding.
